Pick one or more financial years and panchayats. The server reads every
Payment Voucher for that scope straight off egramswaraj.gov.in (public - no login
needed), rebuilds each as a PDF, and hands you one ZIP: one 8-sheet audit workbook per
panchayat + year, plus an overall index.
One run builds at most 174 panchayat×year report(s) (a
single voucher-heavy panchayat can already take a couple of minutes). For a full multi-year
backfill of all 29 panchayats, run the desktop batch tool instead — ask for it if you don't
have it.
